Thirty nights to decide. Two years covered. A lifetime of repairs and re-calibration. Here is exactly what stands behind Ring R1.
30-night trial
Wear Ring R1 for thirty nights. Let it learn your sleep, your HRV baseline, your morning readiness. If it hasn't earned a permanent place on your finger, send it back for a full refund — we cover return shipping worldwide.
Two-year warranty
Every Ring R1 is covered against sensor failure, battery degradation and manufacturing defects for two years from the ship date. If the ring stops reading you, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
Lifetime repair
After warranty, we keep going. Cracked DLC coating, drained cell, or a sensor that drifted out of spec? Send it back and we'll quote a flat-rate repair — usually under €60 — and return it calibrated for another five years.
Trade-in & recycle
Ready for the next generation? Mail your Ring R1 back and we'll credit 20% of the original price toward your next size or finish. Titanium is reclaimed, sensors are recycled, batteries are responsibly disposed of. Nothing goes to landfill.
How to start
A return or repair, in three steps.

Email us
Send your serial number (engraved inside the band) and a short note to care@gridsgear.co — a real engineer reads every one.

Get a label
We send a prepaid, insured label within one business day, plus a small padded sleeve if you've misplaced the original.
- 03
Mail it back
Drop it at any carrier point. We confirm arrival, run diagnostics, repair or replace, and ship it home — usually inside two weeks.
