Welcome to Grids Gear ("we", "our", or "us"). We design precision biometric hardware including the Ring R1 smart ring. We believe that your health telemetry, biological signals, and personal identifiers belong exclusively to you.

02 Biometric Telemetry & Device Data

When using the Grids Gear Ring R1 and companion applications, the device captures raw sensor signals to compute biological telemetry:

• Photoplethysmography (PPG): Continuous Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability (HRV rMSSD), and Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2).
• Precision NTC Temperature Array: Relative baseline skin temperature shifts for recovery and circadian rhythm analysis.
• 6-Axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU): Accelerometry and step cadence for activity classification, calorie expenditure, and sleep stage architecture (Deep, REM, Light sleep).

All biometric metrics processed by your hardware are encrypted end-to-end and stored securely. You retain the ability to export or permanently erase your telemetry history at any time.

03 Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to fulfill your orders, deliver firmware updates, and maintain high-precision hardware performance:

• Order & Shipping Data: Full name, delivery address, contact phone number, email address, ring size selection, and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment preferences.
• Customer Support Communications: WhatsApp correspondence, phone logs, and email inquiries submitted via our Executive Concierge.
• Technical & Log Data: IP address, device operating system, browser type, referring URLs, and diagnostic crash reports to maintain platform stability.

04 How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Fulfilling orders, processing dispatches across Pakistan, and verifying delivery statuses.
• Facilitating our Free Sizing Exchange protocol if a ring size requires adjustment.
