02 7-Day Inspection & Return Window

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ring R1, you may return the device for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery.

03 Return Eligibility & Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund or sizing exchange, items must meet the following inspection criteria:

The titanium ring body must be free of deep gouges, heavy abrasive marks, or intentional alterations.
All original packaging accessories must be returned, including the magnetic wireless charging dock, USB-C cable, quick-start guide, and luxury presentation box.
Proof of purchase (Order number, invoice, or COD delivery confirmation receipt) must be provided.

05 Refund Methods & Timeline

Once your returned ring passes quality inspection at our Lahore fulfillment hub:
