Exact Cash Readiness: Please ensure the exact order balance is available when the courier rider arrives at your doorstep.
Package Integrity: All parcels are sealed with tamper-evident security tape. If the outer courier flyer is visibly torn or opened prior to delivery, please notify the rider immediately.

04 Real-Time Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your Ring R1 parcel is scanned at our dispatch center, you will automatically receive an SMS and WhatsApp message containing your courier tracking number and a live tracking link.
