01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or interacting with Grids Gear products and software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

02 Wellness Telemetry & Non-Medical Disclaimer

The Grids Gear Ring R1 is a premium consumer biometric device designed to track fitness, sleep architecture, recovery, and wellness metrics.

03 Orders, Pricing & Cash on Delivery (COD)

All prices listed on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct clerical pricing errors at any time.

• Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our Executive Concierge may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify shipping details before dispatch.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized address entries, or inventory unavailability.

04 Sizing Protocol & Fit Assurance

Smart ring sizes differ slightly from traditional jewelry sizing due to internal biometric sensor bumps. We strongly encourage customers to utilize our digital Sizing Guide or printable sizing ring before choosing a final size.

If your delivered Ring R1 does not fit perfectly, we offer a dedicated Free Sizing Exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

05 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Every authentic Grids Gear Ring R1 is backed by a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty starting from the verified delivery date:

• Covered: Internal component defects, PPG sensor failure, Bluetooth LE transmission defects, charging dock malfunctions, and abnormal battery capacity degradation.
• Not Covered: Cosmetic scratches or dents incurred from heavy gym equipment/abrasive contact, unauthorized disassembly, water ingress exceeding 5ATM/IP68 specifications, or intentional abuse.

06 Companion App & Zero Monthly Subscriptions

Grids Gear operates on a strict Zero Subscription Model. Access to our companion mobile applications, daily readiness scoring, sleep staging analysis, and lifetime algorithm updates is 100% included with your hardware purchase without hidden monthly fees.

07 Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, trademarks, 3D render models, industrial design assets, software code, and promotional media on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Grids Gear. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

08 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Grids Gear, its directors, engineers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Total liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product.

09 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
